GRADUATION DETAILS

DATE: Saturday, June 24, 2023

TIME: Graduates must arrive at 10:30 AM for rehearsal. They will then be released for lunch and instructed to return at 1:00 PM. Doors will open to guests at 1:00 PM. The ceremony begins at 2:00PM

LOCATION: Empire State Plaza Convention Hall (inside Empire State Plaza, right next to the Egg)

PARKING: You may park in one of the lots indicated on the maps, you the guest will be responsible for any parking costs. Students and guests may park in the Madison Ave Parking Lot, East Parking Garage, or V Lot. Please note that V Lot has a 5$ charge for parking for the day.

DIRECTIONS FOR GRADUATES: Please arrive on time at 10:30 AM. Make sure to bring your cap, gown, sash, and tassel. Please come dressed in the clothes you plan to wear under your gown or bring them with you. There will be space available for you to store your belongings and get ready if you so wish.

TICKET INFORMATION: All students will be given 6 free tickets to graduation. Up to 12 additional tickets can be purchased for 10$ per ticket *UPDATE* TICKET PURCHASING IS CLOSED *UPDATE*. Please contact Ms. Hood in the Main Office to purchase tickets (cash only). Small children and Babies that do not require seats, but will sit on your lap, DO NOT need to count toward the 6 guests total on the guest list. Please contact us immediately to submit the names of your 6 guests.
