Getting to and from school safely is a priority here at Green Tech. We have done our best to break down the process to help our students understand how it works.

Students who live 1.5+ miles from GTH (99 Slingerland Street) will receive a 3 month swiper from the ACSD Transportation Department to ride CDTA. Passes usually arrive mid-September. Students are allowed to ride the bus for free until then as long as they are wearing their GTH uniform.  Lost passes can be replaced at 75 Watervliet Avenue for $15.00. We do not have extra bus passes should they be lost or stolen so it is imperative that they keep them in a secure place.

**Parents for the not eligible students can go to 75 Watervliet Ave. and receive a form to bring to CDTA for a 10% discount on purchasing a swiper.

Albany Students:

East Greenbush, Guilderland, Lansingburg, Niskayuna, South Colonie, North Colonie, Troy, Watervliet, and Bethlehem students:

These districts all have chartered buses that transport students to and from GTH daily. You must register at your home district office to solidify transportation.

Receive a 30 Day Navigator card from GTH. If lost or stolen replacements can be purchased for $20 in the Main Office.

Again it is imperative that students keep their navigator in a safe place to prevent it from being lost or stolen.
