Football Season is Starting!

Hello Football Family,

Our Varsity and JV season will be starting promptly on August 19th. In order for your son to try out, the parent/ guardian must complete two very important steps. First he must have proof of a physical that is dated after August 19th 2023. Second, he must fill out a sports information packet which can be located in the main office, with Coach Braxton, or online on the Green Tech sports page.Due to very low numbers interested in our modified program we will not have a Modified 7/8th grade team this fall. We will not be able to meet the required players needed to make the NYS requirement. Therefore, if your son is in 8th grade and has been coming to workouts he may be asked to perform our Athletic Placement test which is also mandated by the state for an 8th grader, to pass, in order to participate in a high school sport level. I will be conducting that test on Wednesday August 14th at 9am in the Green Tech Gymnasium. There is separate paperwork that needs to be completed before the processes.
